Maintaining and growing personal well-being is an internal balancing act and the effects of one would spill over to at least one other.</p>\n<p>To us at <strong>Growing Unicorns (GU)</strong>, achieving a fully developed and balanced version of oneself is not as daunting as it sounds. This is a unicorn that is not as mythical as it sounds, and <em>we want to help you achieve this unicorn status, i.e. being a Unic individual</em>.</p>\n<p>As we proceed further on this journey of self-improvement, it is highly recommended to reflect on and monitor these different aspects of well-being regularly.</p>\n<p>In upcoming GU content, we will explore more on each type, and cover ways to improve the respective areas.</p>\n<p>So what are you waiting for?
